What to build

Add a highlight(QString) method to SettingsPage. Implement the logic to apply a brownish-orange border via QSS to all matching child widgets on the currently active settings page when a search is active.

Acceptance criteria

• Matching GUI elements on the page have a brownish-orange border (#8B4513)
• Highlights update when search text changes
• Highlights are removed when search is cleared
