[docs] Create a third-party extension page?

Summary

I wonder if it wouldn't be great to create a third-party extension page on the docs. This could also serve a bit as a showcase. We start to have a couple:

Motivation

Build trust with users, and help them find relevant projects. Now, even if we don't do this, people can still find this issue and find some examples.
