Resize observer for accordion content

Summary

The ability to choose should the accordion observe the change of screen size or the size of the accordion itself, now the content is cropped for example when the screen is rotated on mobile devices or when the window is resized

@milkyfuckinway It's an issue with CSS transitions, using CSS animations (which is what the Radix demo uses) avoids this since the height property isn't directly set
