User Story

As an User
I want to browse a catalog of all available resources in the academic center
So that I can discover what infrastructure exists to support my academic projects without relying on word-of-mouth.

Acceptance Criteria

• The platform must display a visual list or grid of all active resources.
• Each resource item must clearly show its name, a brief description, and the location it belongs to.
• The system must display a friendly "empty state" message if no resources are currently registered.
• The catalog interface must be responsive and accessible on mobile devices.
