[FEAT]: Review Pending Bookings

User Story

As a Space Manager
I want to view a list of pending booking requests specifically for the spaces I manage, and choose to approve or reject them
So that I can maintain control over the infrastructure and ensure requests align with the academic purpose of the space.

Acceptance Criteria

• The manager's view must exclusively show requests for the spaces they are assigned to manage.
• The manager must be able to clearly see who made the request, for what resource, and the requested timeframe.
• The manager must have distinct, accessible actions to "Approve" or "Reject" a request.
• If rejecting a request, the manager should be prompted to provide a brief reason, so the user understands why access was denied.

Context / References

Digitizes the current manual permission process. Managers need a focused, noise-free environment to review requests quickly and efficiently.
