YUE Windows 1 Click Install CUDA detection Error

Hey I have used the installer with Powershell. Installs great seems to work, but fails to see my CUDA< even though venv shows as cuda available,

But gradio and the ps1 loaders, do not recognise the cuda.

I have 24gb GB of VRAM on RTX3090 and 48gb sys ram.

same problem on pinokio. Cuda works on COMFY installs is added to path. Torch works on comfy, flash attention works on comfy its just this yue install that is not detecting it.. Thing is , it runs in venv, so my exsting installs should nto make a difference?
