It's caused [here](https://github.com/muni-town/leaf/blob/6b74affa4fe2b3422064de3687de7328305ba5f5/leaf-server/src/http.rs#L196) when we try to lookup the DID:web through the plc.directory without making sure it's actually a PLC DID first.
