Description
We will outsource our ‘events api’ as much as possible to the Open Social events platforms OpenMeet and Smokesignal.
We’re beginning with the openmeet-api since it optionally supports private events/groups as well, outside of atproto (for now).
For every space in Roomy, we wanna have an ‘Events’ add-on (openmeet-api+roomy-ui) that can be enabled on demand.
This sort of integrated calendar is especially useful for local organizations and activists who need to coordinate their events collectively:
