This repository is the code base for the FunPDBe deposition system.

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.
There are no prerequisites for installing the app, other than installing the requirements
The are two main approaches to getting the client up and running.
$ git clone https://github.com/funpdbe-consortium/funpdbe-deposition
$ cd funpdbe-deposition
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
Examples of usage:
$ python manage.py runserver
Running tests for the client is performed simply by using
$ python manage.py test
We use SemVer for versioning. For the versions available, see the tags on this repository.
