[IMPROVEMENT] - ImageUtilities/ Add scroll and drag zoom, or Add option to disable image viewer

The gallery mode and the "jump to" function is promising, but currently the magnifying glass zoom does not seem to be able to stay in zoom and position permanently.

Add scroll and drag zoom for let user stay in the all in one pack,
or Add option to disable image viewer for using other similar plugins

or both XD.
