Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Words with mixed capitalization like "iOS" are currently included when using caps or jt_caps. I think these words are an edge case that should be excluded.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ignore mixed capitalized words altogether or maybe ignore them when using jt_caps
