Most projects just use .md for markdown files. Having a different convention just for the notes directory can look odd.

Following the directions, I ran cs n8han/herald.
It downloaded a bunch of (really old) stuff, like a lot of scala 2.9.2 dependent stuff.
All the downloads were successful.
Then I get this error:
