We have been getting the following errors for at least two months (we only just realized) :

Prepare workflow directory
Prepare all required actions
Getting action download info
Failed to resolve action download info. Error: Unable to resolve action `atlassian/[email protected]`, unable to find version `2.0.1`
Unable to resolve action `atlassian/[email protected]`, unable to find version `2.0.0`
Retrying in 15.208 seconds
Failed to resolve action download info. Error: Unable to resolve action `atlassian/[email protected]`, unable to find version `2.0.1`
Unable to resolve action `atlassian/[email protected]`, unable to find version `2.0.0`
Retrying in 28.02 seconds
Error: Unable to resolve action `atlassian/[email protected]`, unable to find version `2.0.1`
Unable to resolve action `atlassian/[email protected]`, unable to find version `2.0.0`

I'm looking into it, and I'm opening this issue in case other people have/had the same problem. If you found a solution, please let me know; and if I find one, I'll document it here.

Changing the version (2.0.0 and 2.0.1) to master seem to work for us at the moment.
