I like to play with the ball during meetings, but I don't want my coworkers to hear the sound of the ball bouncing around.

Adding an option to mute the sound would be great.

Add some simple Preferences
Note: The ball must be returned to the Dock and relaunched for changes to apply
- Turn sound on and off [Issue nate-parrott#11](nate-parrott#11)
- Change the ball colour (Red, Green & Blue) [Issue nate-parrott#16](nate-parrott#16)
- Change the ball size (from half-size to double-size) [some of Issue nate-parrott#20](nate-parrott#20)
Remove some commented-out code
Update the App Menu
