I would love to have a settings menu to change the ball size, bouncyness, gravity and perhaps other things I can't think of right now.

Add some simple Preferences
Note: The ball must be returned to the Dock and relaunched for changes to apply
- Turn sound on and off [Issue nate-parrott#11](nate-parrott#11)
- Change the ball colour (Red, Green & Blue) [Issue nate-parrott#16](nate-parrott#16)
- Change the ball size (from half-size to double-size) [some of Issue nate-parrott#20](nate-parrott#20)
Remove some commented-out code
Update the App Menu
