:dir() should respect the direction style

The :dir() and [dir] selectors should check the components (and its parents) direction. Before determining if the rule is valid or not.

This would require a new rule check (VariableCondition?) that would only be checked when applying delayed styles; as we need to process all the styles to determine the direction
