ServiceNow: Add Bi-Directional Syncing (ServiceNow -> Nautobot)

Environment

• Nautobot version: 2.X.X
• nautobot-ssot version: 3.5.0

Proposed Functionality

Update the ServiceNow SSoT integration to provide bi-directional syncing. Currently, the integration only syncs the following data FROM Nautobot TO ServiceNow:

• Nautobot Manufacturer table to ServiceNow Company table
• Nautobot DeviceType table to ServiceNow Hardware Product Model table
• Nautobot Locations tables to ServiceNow Location table
• Nautobot Device table to ServiceNow IP Switch table
• Nautobot Interface table to ServiceNow Interface table

Update the integration to allow for the data syncing to go FROM ServiceNow TO Nautobot.

Use Case

As a network engineer whose company uses ServiceNow as the CMDB and SoR for device inventory data, I want that data synced to Nautobot so that my Source of Truth (Nautobot) is kept up-to-date with device inventory data from the System of Record (ServiceNow).
