Describe the bug

Download of dataset is slow and ends with internal error, stream error similar to these issues (half a year old, resolved):

• Datasets download error stream error #455
• Very slow download of dehydrated .zip file #446

To Reproduce

$ datasets download virus genome taxon 10244 --no-progressbar --filename 10244.zip
Error: Download error: stream error: stream ID 5; INTERNAL_ERROR; received from peer

Use datasets download virus genome taxon <command> --help for detailed help about a command.
