Update of the `est_block_error` function

We can update the est_block_error function by adding the following:

• automatic selection of the number of classes based on information criteria,
• an option for p to consist of the same value for all classes.

The possibility of comparing two competing blocking criteria using the est_block_error function can be illustrated in a vignette.
