Use case:

(spec/def ::present-string? (complement string/blank?))

(speced/def ^::present-string? clojure-test-source
  (-> "clojure/test.clj" io/resource slurp))

I was thinking, def could dispatch on type, expanding to either clojure.core/def or clojure.spec.alpha/def

Would kill def-with-doc, which has a verbose name.
