App cannot be reinstalled

Hi, I just tried to reinstall the app on neo4j desktop v 1.4.2
I got the error message, that the app is already installed, which is however not the case.

I restarted neo4j desktop and tried again, still getting the same error message.
Operating System: Windows 10

Grat idea for an app by the way :)
