Investigate creating a script or simplified method to decommission Openshift projects for users

Motivation

Currently, the steps required to decommission Openshift projects is somewhat convoluted and lengthy. A PI or admin would need to lower their storage quotas on Coldfront 0. Delete all RHODS resources in their allocated Openshift project. Delete all other resources (i.e deployments, etc) in their namespace. Check that their resource usage is 0. Then have the Coldfront allocation archived.

We would like to give PIs or admins a more simplified method of decommissioning. Whether this be a single UI button that completes the whole process, or a script to enable batch decommissioning.

This issue is somewhat premature. It is waiting on policy decisions made from nerc-project/operations#1169, as well as a policy decision on how users should be able to decommission their own projects.
