[Feature request] Enable fully_fused_projection_2dgs to accept covars like 3DGS #562

It would be helpful if fully_fused_projection_2dgs and rasterization_2dgs could accept an optional covars as their arguments just like their counterparts for 3DGS. This will be convenient for cases where the covariance matrices are easily retrievable.
