Best Practice: Largish Change Set

Hello to all.
We are currently migrating to Netbox. I have created/updated a bunch of device definitions for devices we are using. I would be glad to upstream these changes, but wanted to first ask about best practices. I'm speaking of ~140 change sets, about half new devices, half updated ones.
How should I go about submitting them? All in one? One PR per manufacturer/device "series"/device?

Realistically groups of 10-20 devices are the best anymore than that isn't really manageable, and then yes if you can do either per manufacturer or per device family that would be brilliant
