not able to add or remove objects in netbox version 4.5.1

Steps to Reproduce

I tried to add objects to my permissions for users and couldnt, i had to downgrade back to v4.5.0 to be able to do this.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to add objects while editing the permissions

Observed Behavior

I tried to add objects to my permissions for users and couldnt, i had to downgrade back to v4.5.0 to be able to do this. there was no error, it looks like the add and remove button was not working

I can't reproduce this, especially without a clear set of steps to reproduce. The add/remove buttons work as expected for me.

I don't believe the JS handling these buttons hasn't changed between 4.5.0 and 4.5.1, so this feels environment-specific. Some questions:

1. What browser/version are you using?
2. Any errors in the browser console when you click the buttons?
3. Does a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) change anything?
