• Is there any way to pass "test" to sys.argv
• In settings.py, your api key(?) looks to set TWILIO_SETTINGS and SLACK_SETTINGS. Is there any problems?

Just pushed to revert that config mishap, i wanted to push those into our private git repository, sorry about that
But adding a way for user defined config.py-s is really needed as every 3rd party notification provider has its own settings, tokens, etc.
