Updates v3 #11
Description
- Look at missing 300ish neurons to find any other possible shared annotations
- Run updated adjs/annotations on density analyses
- Look into the individual p value plots for left/right and head/seg1 and seg1/seg2 - make sure these are right
- Document what is happening in the density and sbm analyses - make figures clear and put figures/explanantions into an overleaf
