Aggregated Recipes Component

Hey everyone! I was tinkering and thinking about this app and it would be awesome to implement the ability to import and export recipes with a menu item that could connect to a shared users repository where we can download directly within the application.

If this would be something feasible, implementing a a star rating system as well the ability for user feedback would be cool. Although if and import/export function could be created, community shared recipes could be shared via the Discussions section under a subcategory or even a dedicated webpage.

You mean a central repository of recipes over all interested NC instances?

We would have to do multiple things before that:

1. Sharing within one instance
2. Federation of the shared recipes
3. (De)centralized recipe database with opt-in for all instances

Honestly, Idk if this will be a good idea as this might be overwhelmingly many recipes there. So, we would have to think how the recipes could be organized to be reasonably navigational.

For the first two steps there are already issues here in the tracker.
