Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade iOS Nextcloud app from v7 to v33
2. Take photos
3. Attempt to auto-upload them

Expected behaviour

Photos and videos should continue to be auto uploaded even after updating the app.
When re-enabling auto-upload NC should determine which photos have been missed and only upload those (and not duplicate all the old photos).

Actual behaviour

I have photos from the start of February that were automatically uploaded. The only change that has been made from then to the end of February is the app has been updated to v33 (currently there are two releases in that band). Photos taken since those release dates have not been auto uploaded.

Additionally, the app is now giving me an option to "Turn on auto upload" and I needed to give the app Background App Refresh permissions in the Settings app.

Video auto upload was disabled as well.

It looks like my preferences in the NC app around media upload were reset. This happened about a while back too on a different version update (there were some github issues around it). Re-enabling at that point meant that either photos were duplicated or you had to select "new only" and photos in the in-between time were skipped and had to be managed manually. It would be great if this could be avoided (track hashes of images that have been uploaded or something?)

Reasoning or why should it be changed/implemented?

Because it really sucks when app updates break auto upload!
