Scan - File conflict - choosing "keep both" / "Replace" does not save the new file

Actions Performed

1. Have a saved file eg. "Testscan.pdf"
2. Save a second file with the same name
3. Choose "Keep both" or and "Replace"

Expected Result
The new file is saved as a copy eg. as "Testscan (2)".

Actual Result
The new file is not saved.
