[Bug] Some CRDs use deprecated `preserveUnknownFields`

Describe the bug
ArgoCD keeps saying out of sync, due to the spec.preserveUnknownFields that has been deprecated in favor of x-kubernetes-preserve-unknown-fields: true in the CRD v1.

Removing preserveUnknownFields from the CRD should fix the issue.

This is not something we can implement. The upstream project that these CRD values describe is not in a position to change those values.
