Decouple feature model parsing from FeatureIDE format

FeatureIDE is the best system for working with these things, but in case we wanted to load other formats (e.g. those that FeatureIDE exports to) we need a slightly more decoupled system. In fact basically just the ability to select other parsers to load it into the internal data structure.
