Improve upgrade guide for designers upgrading to version 10 of NHS frontend

We currently have a generic updating your prototype kit guide, which also links to the specific Service Manual guide for updating to NHS frontend version 10.

However we’ve had feedback that this is quite a lot to follow, especially as the ‘upgrading to version 10’ guide contains a fair bit of information which is not relevant to the prototype kit.

Instead we could consider having a bespoke guide that covers updating prototypes to version 10, which is a cut-down version of the general guide?
