Integrate "funded research" page as possible replacement for scraping funding opportunities page

Maybe easier (or not) than scraping the funding opportunities page (see #34):

Looking at this page as of today, there are 77 total links in the rightmost columns of the tables, and 13 total links in the top captions of the tables. Currently I'm able to scrape 17 core project numbers from the original funding ops page.

From a technical standpoint, I don't think one page is much easier to scrape than the other. But if you think this other page is more accurate, please let me know and we can start scraping from there.

I would imagine though that the issues faced in #34 would be the same.
