This is awesome and what I would have done as well. I just wanted to make sure that we were on the same page. 

Additional axes we have thought about include 1) isolating actual identifiers so that we are tracking individual datasets, 2) tracking over time, 3) identifying HOW a dataset is being used, and 4) in what context (clinical, translational, basic science, informatics, etc.). 

If you have other thoughts about data usage in the literature, let me know. Ultimately, our goal will be to supply this information back to you and the broader CFDE community.

Below are the dataset terms used in the CFDE-Related Scholarly Works Analysis using Academic Analytics. Some abbreviations were removed when they brought up results that were not relevant to CFDE. For example, the term SPARC was mentioned in research literature, but it wasn’t referring to the dataset. So, I stopped using SPARC and only used "Stimulating Peripheral Activity to Relieve Conditions."
