Consider breakdown of grant amount (on dashboard) annually since some projects have significant variability from year to year

In an email thread with the SMAHT team, they pointed out that the total grant amount, which included two years of $2M+ and then 3 years of $250k or so, was misleading when presented as a TOTAL amount.
The obvious solution is to provide annual funding amounts to better portray current and trending funding.
