Git update/Problem with uncommitted changes

Hi, im not super familiar with git
Aparently some files have changed and i need to commit them befor i can pull the new version.

"Error: Your local changes in the folowing files would be lost on due to the merge"
[...]
Pleas stash or commit your changes.
Is it save to just commit them?

# git pull

i commited the changes, reverted back to 3.2.0.9 than changed branch to 3.2.1.3. Now it works
