Folder created by manager not visible in directory tree

When a manager creates a new folder, the newly created folder is not visible in the directory tree.

1. Refreshing the browser page (F5) or logging out and logging back in does not display the folder.
2. The folder appears only after clicking the built-in refresh button on the directory tree.
3. If another user with equal permissions creates a credential within this folder, the folder becomes visible.
   This behavior has existed across several recent Teampass versions. Hope the team can investigate this issue。

This problem still exists in version 3.2.2.3. I have created an Issue to track this bug.

I’m currently investigating this on the latest develop branch. I found a folder-tree cache inconsistency that could explain the behavior you described, even when folder permissions are correctly assigned.
This could explain why the built-in tree refresh makes the folder appear, while refreshing the browser or logging out and back in does not.
To confirm the exact scenario, could you please clarify:

• Do you create the folder from the Folders management page or directly from the Items page?
• Is it a root folder or a subfolder?
• Is the option to inherit permissions from the parent folder enabled?
• Are WebSocket notifications enabled and connected on your instance?
  These details will help me confirm whether the issue I identified matches your experience before proposing a fix.

Thanks for your investigation.

1. Two different ways to create folders behave differently.
   The bug occurs when creating folders from the Folders management page (Access‑Folders sidebar menu).
   If I create a folder via the drop‑down menu on the Items page, the new folder shows up normally without this issue.

2. It is a subfolder, not a root folder. Our manager account cannot create root folders.

3. "Inherit permissions from parent folder" option is enabled when reproducing this bug.

4. WebSocket notifications are disabled on our instance.

Only clicking the built‑in directory‑tree refresh button will display the new folder. Browser F5 refresh and re‑login cannot make it visible.

A fix has been submit : #5371
It needs to be reviewed but while testing yesterday it was ok on my side. I was able to reproduce and the fix worked.
