:focus is inmiddels opgevolgd door :focus-visible, we kunnen de code uit de utrecht-link--focus verplaatsen naar utrecht-link--focus-visible. Voor backwards compatibility kunnen we een lege @mixin utrecht-link--focus laten staan met een stylelint-ignore comment vanwege het lege blok.

Ook een changeset toevoegen voor een patch release.
