[BUG] Suspend + Reboot etc. not working

• I have searched existing issues and confirmed this is not a duplicate.
• I am using the latest available version of Noctalia.

Bug description

When I press either buttons in the power menu, nothing happens.

When I press "Lock & Suspend", it locks but wont suspend.

Before I was on Noctalia, I was using sudo reboot, sudo shutdown -P now, sudo reboot etc. to do such things. Maybe I need to configure something now?

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the "Lock & Suspend" icon
2. The desktop locks itself
3. At no time will it actually go into the suspend mode

Expected behavior

I expected the computer to suspend after locking

Actual behavior

It stays online

Logs / error output

Absolutely zero in my system logs (svlogtail), in dmesg or in noctalias logs (~/.cache/noctalia/noctalia.log)

Shouldn't be CPU/GPU dependent, but will update with full hardware spec if needed.

We can edit the energy panel commands.

Maybe it would be better if instead of editing the panel energy commands we declare these commands somewhere globally? That way we will keep the defaults in the panel and wherever these IPC commands are declared they will just work. I think thats much cleaner.
