[Feature Request] Automatically undo config changes on template disabling

Bug description

When I disable Templates Noctalia wont remove the applied modification from the configs.

I think like apply.sh we should probably have something like undo.sh that gets run on disabling a template.

That way, the templates are clean again!

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable any template
2. Disable the same template again

Expected behavior

Configs are clean again

Actual behavior

The theme contents are still inside the configs
