As far as I kow the Noto fonts do not support Aiton or Phake.So not surprising that the font doesn't support teh subhoined form of U+AA61. Likewise Aiton and Phake reduplication support is missing.
Subjoined glyphs for Aiton and Phake (with dots) were in my original source file, but were removed at the engineering stage for some reason. Let's hope we can get them reinstated.
