Person with Same Name but Different Field not allowed

When utilizing the tag function by adding a person with the same name but different tags, it is rejected
Although unlikely (hence the low severity) it is probably something that is overzealously checked

Team's Response

The chances of 2 people having the same name is very low. As such, it does not make the app function any worse and it is a nice to have feature in the future implementation.
