Cloudinary: having trouble applying width and aspect ratio modifiers together

Having troubled to replicate desired cloudinary url transformations = "w_1000,f_auto,q_90,ar_3:2" in version ^1.0.0-rc.3

  <nuxt-img
              :key="i"
              provider="cloudinary"
              quality="90"
              :width="1000"
              :modifiers="modifiers.modifiers"
              :src="image.uri"
          />

with 

 modifiers: {
    aspectRatio: '3:2',
    fit: "fill"
  }

Resulting url params :

f_auto,q_90,w_1000

=> missing aspect ratio

If the width is dropped as such :

  <nuxt-img
              :key="i"
              provider="cloudinary"
              quality="90"
              :modifiers="modifiers.modifiers"
              :src="image.uri"
          />

The aspect ratio param appears as such :

f_auto,q_90,ar_3:2

but the url is broken.

Why do I need to provide a reproduction?
