Getting Timed Out on EmberClient Header Receive Timeout: 45 seconds

I use wishlistarr and I'm having some odd behavior. I set it up and in the log I'm able to connect to sonarr and radarr and plex token. It then looks at my watch list and users and will say 10 items on list (mine) and 210( from friends) but it never tries to send to sonarr or radarr despite having access and seeing the lists. I have several items in my list and firends and it scans them from the watchlist search but never adds them to sonarr or radarr. I double checked each api and my plex token. Also double checked that I have the content profile added but it doesn't even get that far as adding the item into sonarr or radarr. What else can I check? Log has no errors.

however, I know there are several shows on the 232, items from friend lists that are not in Plex and some movies as well and it does not try to add them to Sonarr/Radarr to try to even allow them to be searched. I am not sure what else to configure as it says it has connection to both programs in the startup.
