NZBDav in Ubuntu not moving symlinks for Windows access

Currently have Sonarr running on a Windows server. It grabs content which is accessible in Plex. Have setup an Ubuntu VM where NZBDav and Rclone are both running. Rclone mounted to /mnt/nzbdav where /content and /completed-symlinks are visible and can be streamed from the NZBDav Explorer. Have tried to share the Ubuntu folder via SMB so Windows Sonarr can access the Ubuntu /mnt/nzbdav symlinks without success. NZBDav does not appear to be moving any data from /mnt/nzbdav to anywhere else that is accessible by Windows Sonarr.
