Dumb me. Settings -> Maintenance -> "Remove Orphaned Files" does exactly that. |

How can I delete all the files in the /content directory that are no longer in use?
When I add a TV show to sonarr, its adds the files, when I remove the show, it deletes the Symlinks but it leaves the files in /content directory. Then when I do the health repair, it will also scan those files which is not necessary
