Manage DeepGraphPose compatibility with DLC2

Currently, DeepGraphPose seems incompatible with DLC2 / Tensorflow2.
Other developers have seem to found a solution: https://github.com/lnguyen/deepgraphpose/tree/upgrade
This will be tested and implemented.
