The endpoint /computeEnvironments returns the computeEnvironment of the current Ocean Node

Regardless of the node ID passed in the request query, the endpoint /computeEnvironments returns the compute environment of the node that executes the endpoint. For instance, the following calls will return the same result, which is the compute environment of the host:
