Stuck at unlock(encryptData)

Stuck at this for an hour now. changed the region from india to singapore. Still it shows the same. What am I doing wrong here?

Okay. I accidentally entered the fastbootd mode instead of the fastboot mode (the cmd is adb reboot bootloader). But it's been stalling at the initializing phase for more than an hour now. Do I have follow the hacksploit logic of beijing time for this?
